We are looking for a talented : IT-Support (m/f/x)

Mac enthusiast, with excellent user service skills.

Your role

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Be the primary point of contact for Service Desk requests, across all departments.Manage the entire lifecycle of service requests, from acceptance to resolution, including reporting and communication, with a strong focus on ensuring complete user satisfaction.Purchase, prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user software and hardware.Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, including user, license, and permissions management.Train and support users with their applications and devices.Contribute to our knowledge base and documented procedures.Ensure that SLA targets are achieved, and contribute to the overall department performance.

Your profile

Applicants are expected to have the following requirements.

Must-have:

A bachelor's degree with an IT focus.Proven experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.Solid experience working in a Mac environment (macOS and iOS).Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and its suite of applications.Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.Strong sense of rigor, autonomy, analytical thinking, and self-organization.

Nice to have:

Good understanding of IT infrastructure and network maintenance.Familiarity with ITSM and Jira ticketing tool.Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL).Knowledge of one or more among the following will be a definite advantage: MDM tools (Jamf, Intune), Salesforce, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).

Applicants able to start immediately will also be at an advantage.
