Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'informatique et le support utilisateur ? Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes et assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements IT ? Alors cette opportunité est faite pour vous

Votre mission :
Installation et maintenance des équipements informatiques
Gestion des incidents et des demandes de service
Assistance et support aux utilisateurs à distance ou sur site
Déploiement de mises à jour et d'images systèmes
Configuration et dépannage de périphériques (imprimantes, scanners, etc.)
Suivi des interventions et documentation dans un outil de ticketing
Collaboration étroite avec les autres services IT

Pré-requis du poste

Votre profil :
Connaissance approfondie de l'architecture matérielle des postes de travail
Maîtrise de Windows 10 et des outils bureautiques
Bases en réseaux informatiques et téléphonie IP
Capacité à détecter et résoudre des incidents techniques

1 an d'expérience professionnelle minimum requis dans le domaine
Notions ITIL (un plus)
Permis de conduire (catégorie B)
Excellentes compétences en communication et en service client
Maîtrise d'au moins deux langues parmi : Luxembourgeois, Allemand, Français
