Support IT (f/m)

Votre mission :

Vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le support technique aux utilisateurs internes. Vous assurez principalement la gestion des demandes reçues par mail ou téléphone, le diagnostic des incidents et la mise en œuvre des solutions efficaces, afin de garantir la continuité et la performance des services informatiques.

  • Assurer l'administration, la maintenance et le bon fonctionnement du parc informatique.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques (poste de travail, réseau, applications).
  • Apporter un support fonctionnel sur les différentes applications métiers (ERP, etc.).
  • Préparer, installer et entretenir les postes informatiques.
  • Installer les périphériques et logiciels nécessaires aux utilisateurs.
  • Gérer les équipements mobiles de l'entreprise via une solution MDM.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes autonome, proactif(ve) et avez le sens des priorités.
  • Vous êtes capable de prendre des initiatives et de travailler en équipe.
  • Titulaire d'un diplôme en informatique.
  • Maîtrise du Français.
  • La connaissance de l'Anglais, du Luxembourgeois ou de l'Allemand constitue un atout important.
  • Maitrise des environnements Microsoft (Client / Serveur)
  • Maîtrise des infrastructures réseau requise : Switchs, VLAN, VoIP, Firewalls.
  • Connaissance en NAS Synology et Veeam Backup
