Your contribution to our success
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the payroll related processes by following and ensuring the accuracy of the full process (payroll and benefits), in compliance with local legislation
- Advise the dedicated population on payroll, benefits, pension plans, social security or personal tax matters, etc.
- Advise and assist with actions to be taken in relation to payroll and/or HR-Admin queries
- Follow up accounting entries and reconciliations of payroll & sundry benefits accounts
- Ensuring the compliance with payroll processes and firm policies
- Liaison with Luxembourg authorities and administrations such as CCSS, CNS, ITM, etc.
- Assistance in the preparation and documentation of Luxembourg tax returns for private persons
Your skills
- Diploma: Bachelor or Master's degree, from Business School, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
- Experiences: 5-10 years' experience in executive compensation in Luxembourg
- Experiences: Good understanding of the general administration of companies (accounting, payroll, tax) and understanding the complete value chain
- Experiences: Knowledge of Lux. personal tax environment. Good knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and social security
- IT Skills: Very good command of payroll software; experience with accounting software like SAP is an advantage
- Languages: Speak English and French fluently
