Payroll Officer – Flexible Hours, Remote Work, and Additional Vacation Days

We have been mandated by one of our clients for their search for an experienced Payroll Manager. The company operates in the commercial and industrial sector and is one of the major organizations in Luxembourg, with over 500 employees.

Located on the outskirts of Luxembourg City, the company stands out for its positive, results-oriented culture, its close-knit teams strengthened by team-building activities and regularly organized events, as well as its high level of work flexibility.

The recruitment is for a replacement, and you will join an HR team of around ten individuals.

Your Responsibilities | Internal mobility - HR

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the company's payroll in collaboration with your colleagues
  • Handling leave requests
  • Supervising the work of junior team members
  • Responding to employees' questions and comments
  • Mastering the collective agreement in place within the organization.

Profile and Career Path | Internal mobility - HR

  • The primary requirement for this position is full proficiency in both French and German
  • In addition, the employer expects strong initiative-taking abilities
  • Finally, a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a similar role in Luxembourg is desired for this position .

Offer | Internal mobility - HR

In this position, you will be able to:

  • Enjoy a fully flexible work environment: you can start your day at the time and place you prefer, and join the office later in the day… or not
  • The position is also open to part-time work
  • You will receive an attractive salary, up to €60,000 gross per year, depending on your profile
  • You will also have access to a company car leasing, bonuses, additional vacation days, etc.
