We are looking for an highly organized Director of Regulatory Affairs to join our international team in Schengen, Luxembourg.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Lead and oversee global Regulatory Affairs activities for dietary supplements and supplement ingredients.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Regulatory Affairs teams, including RA APAC and RA Americas.
- Drive the re-organization of worldwide Regulatory Affairs structures, including the integration and management of new external consultants.
- Coordinate and collaborate with subject-matter experts and external consultants to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for communication with regulatory authorities and manufacturers worldwide.
- Maintain strong cooperation with relevant industry associations and represent the company in regulatory matters.
- Work in close alignment with Product Development at PM International IHQ to support compliant product innovation and market entry.
Ensure efficient cross-functional communication and regulatory guidance across internal departments.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Several years of experience in international Regulatory Affairs, specifically in the dietary supplement or supplement ingredient sector.
- Master's degree or equivalent academic background, preferably in Law, Food Chemistry, Nutrition Science, Regulatory Science, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and leading regulatory functions.
- Strong experience in global registration and regulatory submission processes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work in interdisciplinary environments.
- Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with authorities, manufacturers, and industry partners.
Fluency in English (minimum requirement); additional languages are an asset.
