Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Payroll Manager afin de venir compléter l'équipe Payroll de notre client. Cette fiduciaire que nous accompagnons a développé ses services pour atteindre une ampleur notable dans le monde la finance, tant au Luxembourg que dans de nombreux autres pays du globe.
Cette société accompagne plusieurs milliers de clients ayant tous des activités différentes : passant des fonds d'investissement aux petites sociétés PMI/PME, et aux sociétés financières au travers de holdings et de SOPARFIs actives dans le secteur du Real Estate et du Private Equity. Des comptables, des fiscalistes, et de nombreux professionnels accompagnent ces clients, et l'équipe payroll.
L'équipe payroll se compose actuellement de plusieurs dizaines de personnes, de niveau junior jusqu'à senior manager, permettant ainsi un apprentissage basé sur la communication et les formations entre collègues.
Vos responsabilités | Fiduciaire – Payroll – Secrétariat Social – RH
- Vous établissez des fiches de salaires pour des clients de taille importante, actif dans le domaine financier.
- Vous revoyez les fiches de salaire préparées par les gestionnaires juniors et seniors.
- Vous supervisez une équipe et faites en sorte de faire évoluer vos collègues pour qu'ils deviennent totalement autonomes.
- Vous reprenez les contacts clients comprenant des questions plus techniques ou des points que vos collègues ne sont pas encore capables de gérer.
- Finalement, vous mettez en place une organisation de travail permettant de respecter tous les délais.
Profil et parcours | Fiduciaire – Payroll – Secrétariat Social – RH
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais.
- Vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine au Luxembourg.
- Vous avez obtenu des certifications pertinentes au domaine de la gestion de salaires.
- Vous avez déjà de l'expérience en management d'équipe.
- Vous avez idéalement travaillé avec une clientèle internationale, comme des banques, des assurances, plutôt qu'uniquement des petites sociétés locales.
La maîtrise de l'allemand ou du luxembourgeois est un avantage.
