Regular reporting within our service documentation tools will be part of your daily work. In this role you will be working with different teams in order to drive resolution of complex issues. You will report to the EMEA Hot Runner Technical Support Manager and will be based in Luxembourg. The position offers great challenges and has an impact on the final business result and growth. It is a unique opportunity to combine technology and inter-human contacts. Responsibilities Technical leadUnderstand customers' expectations – define success criteriaLead the issue discovery phase by clearly defining what is the problem and what are the symptomsApply proven solutions based on described symptomsDevelop final action plan as well as backup solutionsEnsure customer's agreement on Husky's action planCollect issue background and escalate to next level of troubleshooting when issues remain unsolvedSporadically visit customers in order to execute action plansClose the loop with customer to ensure customer satisfaction on solution applied
