Your Responsibilities


•    Provide technical support and consultancy services on SAP S/4HANA and ECC technology.

•    Contribute to the development and enhancement of SAP systems, focusing on technical improvements and system integration.

•    Ensure compliance with IT controls and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures.

•    Engage in projects and handle recurring technical tasks.

•    Develop and upskill knowledge in SAP systems and promote task automation.

•    Foster cross teams collaboration

•    Write detailed documentation and recipes to solve recurring issues, building sustainable knowledge for the support team

Your Profile


•    At least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementation and support.

•    Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on SAP systems.

•    SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD) is preferred.

•    Strong technical knowledge of SAP modules and system integration.

•    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

•    Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Finance Experts: Focus on defining and harmonizing finance processes, ensuring compliance with global standards.
IT Specialists: Handle the technical aspects of the SAP S/4HANA implementation, including system integration and data migration.
Change Management Professionals: Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes by providing training and support to end-users.
Business Analysts: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the development team.
