Role Overview:

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Your expertise in troubleshooting and personalized support will reinforce our reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Assist clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing technical inquiries with efficiency and expertise 
  • Technical Solutions: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure fast issue resolution and continuous improvement in the customer experience 
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date customer records and service logs for smooth service delivery 
  • Exceptional Service: Consistently provide high-quality interactions that build trust and customer loyalty

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Spanish residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Technical Customer Support or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
