If you also:

  • Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field,
  • Are technically competent and knowledgeable in relevant engineering and production processes,
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions quickly,
  • Can make fast and accurate decisions under pressure,
  • Are highly adaptable and capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment,
  • Are passionate about automotive technologies and innovations, and continuously follow industry trends and technological advancements,
  • Preferably have knowledge of SAP or experience in ERP systems,
  • Are proactive in applying new technologies and innovative approaches to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity,

What will you do when you join us?

  • Revise and update part master data and ensure proper system introduction.
  • Conduct part reference studies and enter the data into the system.
  • Convert import/local part lines to purchase order format and generate related reports.
  • Monitor import and local orders in the system and prepare customs tariff lists.
  • Prepare order tracking lists based on shipment loads.
  • Before MRP (Material Requirements Planning) operations in SAP, revise product group lists, ensure the transfer of stock, sales, and order data of reference parts to the latest version, run the forecasting program, and take over the results.
  • Run the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for local and imported materials, analyze the program results per part, and determine order quantities.
  • Communicate urgent part orders to relevant suppliers via air freight.
  • Track engineering change reports, identify changed or new parts, ensure their registration in the part master, and issue the necessary orders.
  • Ensure that orders are sent to internal and external suppliers and follow up on their progress.
  • Periodically evaluate back orders for imported and local parts.
  • Monitor materials with delayed delivery or urgent demand.
  • Prepare availability and inventory turnover reports.
  • Prepare monthly reports on purchase order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and update the monthly import order table.
