Job Description Summary

Dans le cadre de la gestion technique d'un portefeuille immobilier, le Technical Officer assure la prise en charge opérationnelle et le suivi technique des bâtiments.
Il intervient principalement sur la coordination des prestataires, la conformité réglementaire, et l'optimisation des installations, tout en garantissant le maintien en condition des équipements.
Rattaché au Technical Manager, il gère les dossiers techniques et assure un point de contact avec les locataires et propriétaires, et une forte implication dans la gestion documentaire et le suivi réglementaire.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Suivi technique et performance énergétique

  • Analyser les consommations énergétiques et identifier les dérives.
  • Mettre en œuvre les actions correctives en coordination avec les prestataires techniques.
  • Proposer des solutions d'optimisation pour améliorer la durabilité et la performance énergétique du portefeuille.

2. Gestion des prestataires techniques

  • Assurer le suivi quotidien des entreprises de maintenance multitechnique et spécialisées.
  • Vérifier la bonne exécution des contrats et la conformité des prestations réalisées.
  • Participer à l'analyse des devis et propositions techniques, en collaboration avec le Technical Manager.
  • Contrôler la qualité des interventions et la bonne application des procédures internes.

3. Conformité réglementaire et sécurité

  • Assurer le suivi complet des contrôles réglementaires : planification, rapports, et levée des remarques.
  • Gérer et archiver les comptes rendus réglementaires (CR) dans les outils dédiés.
  • Vérifier les devis pour les actions correctives, qu'elles soient incluses ou non dans les contrats de maintenance.
  • Réaliser des visites périodiques de sécurité (HSSE) et rédiger les rapports correspondants.
  • S'assurer de la conformité des PPSS et des formations des intervenants avant travaux.

4. Support technique et gestion documentaire

  • Assurer le suivi administratif et technique des dossiers liés aux interventions et projets.
  • Mettre à jour les plans, documents de conformité, registres de maintenance et rapports d'inspection.
  • Participer à la planification et à la préparation des projets CAPEX sous la supervision du Technical Manager.
  • Fournir un support technique ponctuel aux Property Managers sans contact direct avec les locataires.
