Business Analyst – Lead Client Change for TA Platform Migration | Onsite Luxembourg
Are you a client-facing Business Analyst with deep Transfer Agency (TA) experience? Want to play a lead role in a high-impact transformation programme for a major financial services client? We're hiring two experienced Business Analysts to lead client change initiatives during a large-scale TA system and operational migration.
Why this role stands out:
You'll be the main point of contact for top-tier clients navigating complex system transitions.
Lead functional change from start to finish: from gap analysis and solution design to UAT and go-live readiness.
Work with industry-recognised TA platforms like Multifonds, GP3, and others in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
What you'll be doing:
Drive client engagement and build trusted relationships throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Analyse current-state processes and define future-state requirements with precision.
Lead GAP analysis, produce functional specs, and coordinate directly with IT build teams.
Plan and execute UAT, manage defect resolution, and secure client sign-off.
Support full operational readiness and transition to the new TA platform.
Essential skills:
Proven Business Analyst or Change Lead experience within Transfer Agency, Fund Admin, or Asset Servicing.
Strong understanding of TA workflows, data flows, and client operations.
Hands-on UAT coordination experience.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with TA systems like GP3, Multifonds, HiPortfolio, etc.
Background in large-scale system migrations.
