Business Analyst – Fund Services & Settlements | Luxembourg | Contract
Join a global leader in fund processing technology, delivering state-of-the-art solutions to streamline investment operations. We're hiring a skilled Business Analyst to support the evolution of fund services, with a strong focus on settlement systems.
You'll collaborate with both Business and IT teams to drive enhancements across a broad range of services – including Order Routing, Trailer Fees, Corporate Actions, Custody, Regulatory Reporting, and more.
What you'll do:
- Analyse existing fund service processes and define future-state features.
- Gather, write, and present business and functional requirements.
- Translate complex needs into clear documentation for development and architecture teams.
- Support testing activities and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Essential skills:
- Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Business Analyst in financial services.
- Strong background in settlement operations and investment fund processes.
- Excellent requirements engineering and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with UML and the full test lifecycle.
- Fluent English communication; French or German is a plus.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Business Analyst certification.
This is a contract role based in Luxembourg, offering the opportunity to join a dynamic team working on high-impact projects across the investment funds landscape.
