On a proforma basis at HY 2024 following the acquisition of Lombard International Assurance Holdings Sarl, Utmost International would have managed £103bn of assets under administration on behalf of approximately 210,000 policyholders.

Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

To support our continued growth and commitment to exceptional client service, we are looking for a Policy Administration Specialist to join our expert team.

Your Responsibilities Will Be As Follows

  • Processing and validating redemption and death claim requests, ensuring all transactions are processed in compliance with relevant internal policies, regulations, and external client agreement,
  • Complying with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations,
  • Coordinating with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Legal, Actuarial, Sales, IT,…) and external stakeholders (Custodian banks, Partners, Clients, Beneficiaries, Tax representatives,…),
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting in line with audit and regulatory standards,
  • Monitoring transaction timelines to ensure swift execution and follow-ups,
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements and deadlines,
  • Proactively identifying risks or anomalies and escalate as necessary,
  • Taking ownership for keeping up-to date on all technical aspects of the job/products, procedures, controls, compliance and legal issues,
  • Supporting process improvements and digitalization initiatives.

Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Policy Administration Specialist?

  • University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or any other relevant field and/or relevant experience in Client Services/ Policy Administration in the insurance sector,
  • 2+ years' experience in insurance operations, preferably in life insurance or wealth management,
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and payout procedures (partial and full redemptions, death claims).
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and cross-border financial compliance,
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills,
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy,
  • Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal communication,
  • Fluency in English; French or any other European language is an asset.
