**Mission
The Team Leader - Policy Servicing Coordination Hub is responsible for the administration and coordination of cross market policy servicing. Responsibilities include performing accurate and timely processing of policy amendments, servicing and query resolution during the life cycle of a policy, including document management and due diligence review.
**Accountability
The Team Leader - Policy Servicing Coordination Hub is accountable for the following:
- Take responsibility for the management and sustainable performance of the team: assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring day to day service delivery, and performing KPI measurement on a regular basis;
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team members, including assisting with problem resolution, conflict management, and development;
- Review work and ensure quality standards;
- Coach/Develop team members and oversee their productivity;
- Process due diligence review of transactions in line with corporate standards;
- Review and validate transactions processed by other team members;
- Multi-task efficiently between tasks and urgent queries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
- Maintain an ongoing awareness of services;
- Review and streamline processes;
- Contribute actively to the development of high-quality Policy Servicing methods to ensure consistency and uniformity;
- Review and validate procedures and controls ensuring quality improvements are made as required;
- Act as the person of contact for the internal Partner and Client Services colleagues for the administration and coordination of cross market policy servicing;
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all counterparties.

**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Team Leader - Policy Servicing Coordination Hub?
**Background and Skills
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Insurance sector;
- At least 3 years of experience in people management/team supervision;
- Strong leadership skills (supervision, team building, problem solving, coaching, performance management, etc.);
- Ability to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate;
- Team player with excellent organisational, analytical and time-management skills;
- Ability work successfully both autonomously and within a team;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding customer driven atmosphere;
- Aware of developments within the financial/insurance sector in general and competent in dealing with transfers and financial instruments;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
