Payroll Officer - Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to optimize payroll procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Enhance payroll management processes and optimize tax benefits for employees to remain competitive in the market.

Payroll Officer - Qualifications :

  • Around 3 to 5 years of experience either in fiduciary, service provider, law firm or commercial/industrial company.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Apsal, SMIII or Keypaye. Knowledge of Excel is a significant asset.
  • Rigor and motivation are essential qualities.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
