Are you passionate about human resources and eager to dive into the world of talent acquisition? Are you also interested in optimizing processes by using data analysis to help decision making ? Join our Talent Acquisition team as a trainee and play a pivotal role in attracting the best talent to our organization. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a diverse, inclusive environment where innovation is key and contributions are recognized. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in digitalization projects, attracting and engaging top talent while learning from experienced HR professionals.

Your skills

Must have :

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Eager to learn, able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively within a team
  • Fluent English

Nice to have :

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Bases in Power BI, data visualization, and UX design/HMI
  • Additional languages beyond English and French
