As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our Talent Delivery Team (TDT) based in Luxembourg for our business line focusing on Information Technology, Information System, Digital & Cybersecurity.

Your Role – What You Will Own

As a Talent Acquisition, you will be a key member of our Talent Delivery Team (TDT), our internal engine that identifies, qualifies, and supports top-tier consultants for our clients' projects.

Source & Identify Talent

  • Active sourcing on job boards
  • Direct outreach via LinkedIn
  • Pre-pipelining via internal CRM
  • Market research / Data Intelligence

Interview & Evaluate

  • Phone screenings
  • Structured interviews
  • Assessment of technical & soft skills

Support & Guide

  • Continuous follow-up
  • Preparing consultants for interviews
  • Maintaining a premium candidate experience

Collaborate Closely with SDRs

  • Understand client needs quickly
  • Align on priorities, profiles & sourcing strategy

What You Bring

  • First recruitment experience (internship, apprenticeship, or junior role)
  • Strong spoken & written English (French or German is a plus)
  • Curiosity for IT & technology roles
  • Strong communication skills & a positive energy
  • Adaptability, team mindset, willingness to grow fast
