As part of our continued expansion, we are strengthening our Talent Delivery Team (TDT), our internal operational engine unit responsible for identifying, assessing, and representing the best experts on the market.

Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as a key connector between expert consultants and the strategic missions our clients are launching.
You will own the full talent identification process:
Source & engage top IT, Cyber, Data, and Finance consultants
Using job boards, direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, AI sourcing tools...Conduct structured interviews & assessments
Evaluate technical fit, soft skills, motivations, availability, and rate alignment.Build high-quality candidate dossiers
Prepare clear, compelling profiles in collaboration with delivery & management stakeholders.Coordinate the recruitment cycle end-to-end
Maintain excellent communication with candidates, ensuring a premium experience from first contact to placement.Strengthen our talent community & pipelines
Continuously map the market, track niche skill trends, and grow our expert network.
Your Profile
You are someone who thrives in talent-driven environments and enjoys working closely with technical and financial profiles.
We are looking for:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT, Digital, Cyber, or Finance strongly preferred)
A proactive, curious, and structured mindset
Strong communication skills & a people-first approach
Ability to manage multiple roles in parallel and prioritize effectively
Fluency in English (French and/or German is a strong asset)
Comfort with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, CRM, AI-assisted search)
