**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact among the Executive, employees, and internal and external stakeholders. Be the face of the company to external partners, able to represent the Executive in a professional and positive way
- Coordinate Executive’s calendar, meeting schedule, events, travel, etc.
- Assist with on-site logistics for events including attendees, agenda planning, F&B, and other business-related meetings and event activities as needed
- Oversee expense management, submitting expenses and travel reimbursements on a regular and timely schedule
- Lifestyle support for Executive’s family; doctor appointments, purchasing, arranging home care and preparation, etc.
- All other administrative and project duties as requested

**Qualifications**
- Equivalent experience of 2 years working closely with business operations, strategy, and/or project management
- **Fluent in English**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, analytical thinking, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, be available on-demand
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Luxembourg: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
