Service Desk
Description des Tâches;
- Implémenter, maintenir et dépanner les systèmes informatiques
- Réceptionner, générer et traiter les demandes des utilisateurs via le système de ticketing
- Effectuer les inventaires
- Mettre à disposition le matériel aux utilisateurs
- Rechercher des solutions
- Assurer le suivi auprès des clients externes
- Répondre aux demandes en cas d'incident opérationnel ou technique
- Rédiger des procédures techniques
- Participer à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Participer au tri des déchets, et aux économies d'énergie en ayant un comportement responsable
Profil requis pour le poste
**Etudes / formations**:
- Diplôme d'études supérieures (Bac + 2) ou expérience pertinente dans une fonction similaire
**Expérience**:
- 2 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
**Langues**:
Maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Niveau opérationnel en anglais dans le domaine professionnel.
Luxembourgeois (non obligatoire mais un avantage considérable).
**Divers - si nécessaire au poste**:
Permis de conduire B
