**Job description**:
Are you passionate about ensuring accuracy and compliance in insurance claims processing? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for identifying discrepancies? We're seeking a talented Claims Auditor to join our client and contribute to our commitment to excellence in claims management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct audits of insurance claims to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze claims documentation, including medical records, invoices, and policy information, to identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential fraud.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends to ensure audit processes remain current and effective.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in claims auditing, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CFE, CPCU) are a plus.
