Experienced Automobile Claims Manager

**Description**
As an experienced Automobile Claims Manager, you will join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for handling claims files.
You will be required to:
- Manage automobile claims
- Assess insurance coverage and determine liability
- Guide claims handling, inform, instruct and discuss the claim situation with the customer
- Liaise with the various parties involved (insurers, policyholders, adjusters, lawyers, injured parties) to facilitate compensation.
- Settle expenses or compensation and handle recourse claims
**Profile**
- University degree (Bac +3) in insurance or management
- At least 3 years' professional experience in an equivalent position, ideally in an insurance company
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg legislation
- Fluency in French; Lëtzebuergesch, German and English considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent writing skills
- Professional rigor, proactivity and critical thinking skills
- Ability to organize, make decisions and be results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Sense of discretion and responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Flexibility and availability
- Ability to learn and willingness to develop
