Intern Credit Card Claims Manager

**The Role**
receiving telephone calls and letters from customers relating to their credit card claims (trip cancellations, loss of luggages etc.);
processing claims;
forwarding complete claims files to insurance companies once they have been collated
Dans le cadre d’un stage d’une durée de 4 mois, vous occuperez le poste de gestionnaire des réclamations de cartes de crédit. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique chargée de gérer et de surveiller les réclamations de cartes de crédit.
Le rôle
- Réceptionner les appels téléphoniques et les lettres des clients concernant leurs réclamations de carte de crédit (annulations de voyages, perte de bagages, etc.);
- Traiter les réclamations ;
- Transmettre les dossiers de réclamation complets aux compagnies d'assurance une fois qu'ils ont été rassemblés.
