Our client, a luxembourgish law firm based in Luxembourg city, is looking for a Personal Assistant to support one of their Partner.

- Assist and support the Partner in all tasks.
- Act as the point of contact among partners, employees, clients and other external partners
- Coordinate your work with colleagues for a perfect follow-up and organization of the partner's agenda.
- Attend meetings, write minutes and follow up on Partner's action plan.
- Facilitate internal communication
- Organize business trips and arrange booking of flights & hotels
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- You have an experience of at least 5years in a similar position
- Able to act without guidance in an international environment;
- experience acquired in agenda management. Your support will be critical to the leaders’ success.
- Able to demonstrate a high leadership in assisting the Partner in their mission.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- A great sense of diplomacy and discretion.
- Rigorous, flexible, and organized.
- Perfect command of the MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French & English.
