We are looking for a Part-time Personal Assistant for one of our clients, located in Belval. This is a one-month temporary assignment. The contract is renewable

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to senior management and departmental staff
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Perform general office duties as required

**Your profile**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in French and English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environment
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or personal assistant role preferred
