**Description**
- Creation, development, and revision of corporate EHS documentation for an expanding management system scope, including (but not limited to);
- Global Corporate EHS Standards and policies
- Global and regional Corporate EHS Playbooks
- Corporate EHS procedures, guidelines, and job-aids
- Training materials and templates
- Writing to assist with the development of clear, consistent messaging for project/program documentation and communications
- Writing to ensure consistency in definitions, terminology, company branding, and standardized headings; ensure quality control of documentation; ensuring that content is written and communicated in a form that is easily absorbed and executed by all employee levels
- Working closely with the EHS Standards Program Manager and Document Controller, assist in the continued development of a Global Corporate EHS document library
- Serve as an authoritative global resource and point of contact for technical writing and project/program documentation, including the provision of technical writing training where required.
- Evaluate the impact of new documents and revisions to existing documents on other company documentation.
- Support project teams in completing miscellaneous projects of various complexities, and complete ad hoc short-term tasks in support of the program or project’s initiatives as required by management
- Develop and distribute regular project/program updates and communication to stakeholders, including gathering and reporting project/program metrics to measure the overall effectiveness of the project/program
- Assist in developing and organizing materials to be used for presentations

- Flexible approach to work, able to manage own priorities, and workload - effective time-management, organization, and project management skills
- Be a leader and self-starter
- Experience in developing/working with ISO-accredited EHS management systems
- Be adaptable to a very fast-paced environment
- Have an excellent work ethic and a drive to succeed

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English, or a related discipline
- 0-5 years of experience in technical writing (experience in policy document writing is highly desired)
