**Kurze Aufgabenbeschreibung
Gesucht wird ab sofort ein Administrative Legal Assistant (m/w/d), der/die das Team unseres Kunden im Bereich Legal unterstützt.
**Aufgaben im Detail**
- Verwaltung des Dokumentenausführungsprozesses von Anfang bis Ende. Veranlassung von Unterschriften auf Dokumenten, Sicherstellung korrekter interner Abnahmen und Nachbereitung mit verschiedenen Teams
- Rechtzeitige Beantwortung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen interner und externer Beteiligter und Funktion als Hauptansprechpartner in Luxemburg für solche Anfragen
- Ablage aller relevanten rechtlichen Dokumente (elektronisch und physisch, je nach Bedarf)
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Vorstands
- und Aktionärssitzungen
- Führung der Aktionärs
- und RBE-Register (und der damit verbundenen LBR-Einreichungen), der internen Datenbanken und Einreichung der Jahresabschlüsse beim LBR
- Unterstützung bei anderen administrativen Ad-hoc-Projekten (Legalisierungen, KYC-Anfragen usw.)
**Anforderungen**
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Luxemburg als Company Secretary Assistant, Rechtsanwaltsgehilfe oder in einer anderen einschlägigen Verwaltungsfunktion, vorzugsweise bei einem Vermögensverwalter oder einer Treuhandgesellschaft
- Erfahrung mit der Verwaltung einer großen Zahl von Anfragen und der Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und Fristen einzuhalten
- Die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben bis zur Fertigstellung zu bewältigen
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Fließend in Englisch und vorzugsweise in einer oder beiden Sprachen Französisch und Deutsch
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, praktische Einstellung und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
- Starker Teamplayer, der daran interessiert ist, Beziehungen zu Kollegen in den verschiedenen Büros aufzubauen
- Lösungsorientiert und enthusiastisch
- Die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten richtig zu setzen und selbständig zu arbeiten
- Selbstständige und offene Persönlichkeit
