With over 10 years of presence in Luxembourg and a lot of investments in Germany, they are growing in a profitable way. This Teilzeit position is ideal for German citizens living near the border or in the east of Luxembourg.

**Administrative Assistant - Responsabilities**:

- Independently manage all administrative tasks and customer communication in close cooperation with both partners.
- Create and dispatch newsletters, memoirs, presentations, and other documents.
- Daily calendar management, travel planning, and cost accounting.
- Independently handle account management with our invoicing tool and monitor internal accounting.

**Administrative Assistant - Profile**:

- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Good understanding of French (at least B1 level).
