**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT GERMAN SPEAKING H/F**
One of historical client of BlackRidge Group is looking fo a EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT GERMAN SPEAKING.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules and appointments, such as setting up meetings, scheduling travel arrangements, and maintaining an up-to-date calendar
- Participating in meetings, writing and circulating the respective minutes, including follow-up notes
- Providing general support to AVEGA’s management
- Maintaining and organizing files, contact management and similar records
Maintaining databases of customers with their information
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, marketing and meeting presentations, fee proposals or any other similar reports
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks and special projects
Your Profile:
- You show proven experience as a an executive or personal assistant, office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
- You have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- You are able to work diligently under pressure
- You will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion
- You are fluent in German and English; French language skills will be considered an asset
- Your are proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
