**Key Account Manager**:
**Responsibilities and tasks**

As part of the role the Key Account Manager LUX will be responsible for:

- Achieving/ exceeding sales targets on portfolio products and agreed KPI's.
- Responsible to deliver key product and focus area plan & implement it
- Liaising with Sales Director and Brand& Customer manager (BCM) in the development of the marketing plan for different product areas
- Planning and implementation of customer centric action plan per key account in the respective country (centers, Scientific Leaders)
- Initiate and collaborate with Market Access & Pricing Manager on LUX stakeholder plan
- Initiation and follow up on promotional budget (detailed activities/requisition/SAP)
- Local forecasting (in liaison with BCM) and Supply management (reporting in local Finance Department on Organon portfolio)
- Agreeing on sponsorship/development of local Organon events/materials and subsequent cooperation with local Regulatory Departments for:

- Submissions - Approvals for Organon events and materials according to local regulations
- Updating Local Authority Procedures where applicable
- Collaboration with BCM, Market Access & Pricing Manager and Tender & Contract Manager on:
- Contracts
- Special offers/discounts
- Tailor regional marketing tools (Promotional Materials) in the Cross Functional Team (CFT) Management and implementation of International/ Local Congresses and Organon events (lectures, symposium) in collaboration with BPM, BCM, Medical Department
- Regular reporting and updates on competition, sales performance, market, and key account status (Sales monitoring tool, sales data)
- Skill and medical continual trainings for providing excellence in customer’s interaction
- Liaise with medical advisor Benelux to give input on medical Plans
- Follow up with hospital pharmacies and customers on implemented contracts

- Collaborate within the Benelux with relevant internal stakeholders (compliance, finance, commercial operations)
- Stay in close cooperation with all different departments to achieve LUX specific approach key stakeholder plan

**Location and travel**
- Limited amount of travel. Mostly within Benelux cluster
- 80% of the working hours are dedicated to working with customer and other stakeholders, 20% taking care of reporting/ planning/ budgeting/ compliance/ etc. networking and collaborating with ORGANON internal stakeholders

**Peer Group and Stakeholders**
- Working cross functional within Benelux cluster with a focus on LUX

**Reporting lines**

The Key Account Manager will report to the Sales Director Benelux.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s or master’s degree;
- 4-5 years of relevant experience within marketing/sales roles in pharmaceutical industry;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (BE) and English., LUX language absolute plus;
- Entrepreneurial and independent approach and mindset are a must have;
- Knows how to change business opportunities into results;
- Capable of identifying priorities and take necessary actions (Accounts/ Customer Needs);
- Capable of creating and managing long-term relation-and partnerships;
- Willing to continuously develop his/her own competencies and skills in accordance with the personal development plan;
- Excellent knowledge of the existing CRM systems for sharing information and reporting results;
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Health Care Organizations regarding decision making (reimbursement/patients access to medication/tendering/contracting);
- Experience in brand planning, marketing experience will be considered as plus;
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting will be considered as plus;
- Experience in marketing, project management, sales, and market access.
- Entrepreneurial and independent approach and mindset are must have
