Key Account Manager
**LOCATION**:
Newmarket/Stapleford, UK
**Job Purpose**
The KAM will act as a single point of contact for all client related matters and actively perform client retention and communication. They will also act as a point of contact for all Company employees for all matters relating to the aircraft within his/her portfolio, unless not appropriate to do so and manage sales of aircraft management services and administration of aircraft management contracts.

Key Responsibilities*
- ** **Acting as a single point of contact for full + partial managed aircraft.
- Sole responsibility for the aircraft portfolio and the most efficient management and operation in coordination with all departments and Lead Captains, aircraft owners and their representatives.
- Participate in the early client acquisition meetings.
- Sell Luxaviation Group aircraft management products and keep current clients on Luxaviation Group products.
- Perform quarterly meetings with owners and affiliates of managed aircraft.
- Act as intermediate person between customers and Company operations on a 24/7 basis, including trouble shooting for operational issues.
- Preparation of account material and statistics.
- Acting as an aviation expert and advisor for the client.
- Create a sustainable and trustful relationship between the customer and the company.
- Coordinate accounting related matters.
- Responsible for expense approval process for the aircraft.
- Analysing internal processes / procedures, issue feedback and check in coordination with stakeholders for any client specialities.
- Continuously review and improve client satisfaction.
- Preparation and vetting of accurate client reports.
- Project manager for aircraft phase-in.
- Perform aircraft kick-off meetings.
- Responsible for crew related issues in coordination with the Lead Captain if any interference with the relationship between the client and Luxaviation Group and any relevant entity within it.
- Supporting the recruiting process for new crew in close coordination with the Flight Operations Admin and HR departments.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management or similar.
- Any Other aviation certification.
**Experience**
- Intermediate corporate aviation experience in a similar function.
- Experience of Business Jet types (Falcon, Embraer, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Textron).
**Knowledge**
- Extensive practical experience in the aviation industry.
- Experience in all areas of aircraft management and operations.
