- **
The main tasks of the role will be the following (not limited to):
- Filing of Annual Accounts
- Filing of Tax returns
- Raising of DQT tickets for filing/ other changes on Viewpoint, etc
- Filing of BCL reports
- Granting of bank access on different banking platforms/arranging for multiline access
- Assistance on payment instructions/execution
- Preparing payment instructions
- Handling of internal and client invoices
- Assisting accountants to prepare schedules and audit packages
- Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors, local administration and liquidators
- Liaising with other CSC group companies
- Managing documents, files, and internal databases
- Sending and receiving documents for the company and clients
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
- Answering the phoneAssisting in various daily operations
- 1-3 years of experience in International firM/Fiduciary / bank
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A team player in international environment
- Be fluent in English
- Good communication skills - liaising with client/internal
- Ability to be flexible when needed
- Respect of timelines
- Self-motivated/dynamic
- Fast learner/adaptable
