You will work as the Administrative Assistant for the legal team (c5 people) and support them in the day to day management of the companies managed from Luxembourg.
The role:
Filing of contracts in the safe, including updating of lists, the safe list, the missing originals list as applicableObtaining signatures as advised by the Lux Legal TeamArchiving of contracts/legal documentation - both physical and within the document management systemSupport with audit queriesScanning and filing of legal documentsAd hoc administrative tasks and support to the Lux Legal TeamAssist the company secretary with the necessary filingsPunctual/Ad hoc assistance with office tasks, e.g. opening of letters, ordering office supplies, Luxembourg office management
The Person:
A 2 years degree or an equivalent diploma in business administration or secretarial workMinimum 2-3 years working experience in assistant or administrative roleAbility to read and understand key elements in contractsBe well organised and pay attention to detailMethodical and efficient approach to workBe able to learn quickly and work in a team environmentGood computer skills - especially MS Outlook & WordBe self-motivatedAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionWorking with English as main business language (other language i.e. French, German also useful)
