Bei der Deutschen Börse ist der Bereich Financial Accounting & Controlling für die Rechnungslegung und die Berichterstattung sowohl auf Konzern
- als auch auf Gesellschaftsebene verantwortlich. Werden Sie als talentierter Financial Reporting Specialist (HGB) Teil unseres internationalen Teams, das aus über 50 Nationalitäten an den Standorten in Frankfurt, Luxemburg und Prag besteht. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Finanzberichterstattung von zwei großen Bankinstituten innerhalb der Deutschen Börse verantwortlich: Clearstream Holding AG und Clearstream Banking AG. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Accounting Teams stellen Sie die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit der Finanzberichte sicher. Darüber hinaus werden Sie zwei Teammitglieder betreuen, die Sie bei Ihren Aufgaben unterstützen.

Stattdessen haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihren Horizont zu erweitern und ein breites Spektrum an Verantwortlichkeiten zu übernehmen, das über das reine Zahlenwerk hinausgeht.

**Tätigkeiten/Aufgaben**:

- Finanzbuchhaltung und Berichterstattung für zwei Bankinstitute gemäß HGB (RechKredV)
- Monatliche Abstimmung der IFRS- und HGB/RechKredV-Bücher
- Durchführung von Monats
- und Quartalsabschlüssen
- Erstellung und Koordination von Jahresabschlüssen
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsbereiche bei der Erstellung von Managementberichten
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting Kolleg*innnen an anderen Standorten
- Ansprechpartner*in für Prüfungen durch externe Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen sowie Internal Audit

**Qualifikationen/Kenntnisse**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Rechnungswesen
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung von mindestens drei Jahren in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit SAP (S4), insbesondere SAP FI
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
