Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fixed costs, preparing and delivering comprehensive reports on financial performance, and providing qualitative analysis to support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and steer fixed costs in line with established procedures and methodologies.
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports on fixed costs, FTEs, and productivity.
- Provide qualitative analysis to support management decisions.
- Contribute to HR productivity improvements and Total Cost of Employment (TCOE) studies.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to consolidate and challenge bottom-up data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in financial analysis and performance reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and office tools, including BI reporting tools such as FAST, BPM Cube, and ACE BI.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong finance controlling skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for challenging assumptions and driving improvements.
- High attention to detail and rigorous data manipulation skills.
