**REPORTING & CONTROLLING SPECIALIST**:
Blackridge Group, in partnership with its esteemed historical client, is seeking a proficient Reporting & Controlling Specialist to join their team in Luxembourg. This role requires a strong command of the German language, as well as expertise in Excel, including the management of dashboards, KPIs, and substantial data sets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and analyses.
- Collaborate with teams to create and manage KPIs to drive performance improvements.
- Handle large datasets to extract valuable insights and trends.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in German is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Experienced in working with large data sets and generating actionable insights.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (not necessarily in Luxembourg).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
