At Deutsche Börse, Financial Accounting & Controlling is a centralized service provider responsible for accounting and reporting at both consolidated and legal entity levels. Join our highly international team, comprising over 50 nationalities across our Frankfurt, Luxembourg, and Prague locations, as a talented Financial Reporting Specialist (HGB). In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting for two major banking institutions within Deutsche Börse: Clearstream Holding AG and Clearstream Banking AG. Collaborating with the accounting teams, you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements. Additionally, you will oversee two team members who will support you in your responsibilities.

Location: Frankfurt or Luxembourg.

**Your responsibilities**
- Performing financial accounting and reporting for banking institutions in accordance with HGB IFRS and LuxGAAP
- Monthly reconciliation between ledgers
- Conducting monthly and quarterly closings
- Preparing and coordinating annual reports
- Providing support to business units regarding management reports
- Collaborating actively with accounting colleagues in other locations
- Facilitating communication with internal and external auditors

**Your profile**
- Certification as an Accountant or a university degree in Accounting
- Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in a similar function
- Profound knowledge of LuxGAAP and IFRS, HGB would be added advantage
- Fluency in English, German would be considered as an asset
- Extensive experience with SAP (S4), particularly SAP FI
