**Role**
The Senior Reporting Specialist/Senior Analyst is responsible for the preparation and review of financial statements, bespoke client reporting and prepares periodic monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually financial statements for all funds under the administration of the company.
**Job Specification**
- Support clients/auditors queries, review and monitor the financial statements (Lux GAAP) and Long Form reports
- Produce regulatory reporting (CSSF, BCL) on a monthly, quartly and annually basis
- Preparation and review of annual and interim financial statements in accordance with applicable legislation and client service level agreements
- Develop strong, pro-active working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Working closely with other relevant departments across the organisation to ensure that process risks are minimised
- Ensure integrity, accuracy and maintain comprehensive calendars for your respective financial reporting deliverables and events
- Implement policies and procedures and controls are followed
- Investigation and resolution of client queries in a timely manner
- Identify and report any differences and/or deficiencies to ensure that they respect Apex standards
- Proposing improvements to the financial statements of our clients
**Knowledge/Experience**
- Deep knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory reporting, and accounting
- In depth knowledge of Alternative Investment Funds, Lux GAAP and basic knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Previous experience of 3-5 years within the Investment Fund industry
- Well organized, detail-oriented with ability to manipulate large volume of data
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel) and affinity with funds industry software packages Equally able to communicate with both business and technical departments
- Team player, customer

- Fluent in German and English
