**Role Overview**
As an **Audit & Reporting Specialist**,** you’ll support our auditing and reporting process. We’ll rely on you to ensure that our financial operations and controls meet standards and are error-free. You will be reporting to the Corporate Affairs and Audit Manager and working closely with many teams and stakeholders within the Satispay Group.

Your mission:

- ** Management of Internal & External Audit. **Manage the relationship between the company and the co-outsourced internal audit function and external auditors, working to define audit plan, gather and provide information requested, review the audit programs, ensure qualitative report and ensure to deliver the conclusion of the audit programs on time.
- ** Analytical Reviews**. Perform on a monthly basis analytical reviews of the balance sheet and profit and loss of the Group companies to ensure correct financial data are given to our main stakeholders.
- ** Oversee the Completion of Audit Actions.** Ensure senior management is engaged and informed of progress with the audit program and oversee the successful completion of audit actions.
- ** Oversee the company's legal and regulatory reporting schedule.** Support implementation of new reporting in connection with the group development. Improve the control framework Implement efficient controls in connection with this reporting.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Educational background and relevant experience. **You possess a Master's Degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in Financial Audit. You have an in-depth understanding of auditing and control practices, an updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and. Italian GAAP knowledge.
- ** Analytical Skills.** You are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- ** Communication Skills. **You are an excellent communicator who can handle stressful situations and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ** Language proficiency. **Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
