We provide to the European Institutions all kind of IT services, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) like Service Desk and Helpdesk or infrastructure services, but also Application Solutions (Analysis, Development, Maintenance & Project Management) and Test Management. **Main tasks**:
**Bid Planning and Timeline Management**:
Develop a project plan and timeline for the bid submission.
Ensure all deadlines are met, and coordinate efforts across multiple teams.
Conduct bid kick-off meetings to assign roles and responsibilities
**Proposal Coordination**:
Lead and coordinate the writing of the bid, ensuring that it is clear, persuasive, and addresses all client requirements.
Gather inputs from different departments (sales, technical, operational, etc.) and integrate them into the proposal.
Organisation of workshops/Brainstorming sessions
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all bid documents.
**Exclusion and selection criteria**:
Collect the administrative documentation and forms requested during the bid
Selection and preparation of CVs and project references
**Your profile**:
Relevant university degree in IT or equivalent education or expertise
Fluent in English
Good communication skills
Initiative
Stress resistant
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
**Your Technical & Professional skills**:
Advanced writing skills in both English are mandatory in this role
Capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Experience in working in a business & IT environment and understand the motivation behind commercial buying decisions
Ability to work effectively on multiple, concurrent projects
Strong internal communication skills
