**About LEKO LABS**
LEKO LABS' building system is a novel state of the art way to build walls and floors for buildings that have a mínimal carbon footprint, are highly insulating and commercially very attractive for developers.
The company is active in Luxembourg and on an expansion course across Europe and then wider around the globe. First full buildings have been completed based on the LEKO LABS technology in the past two years and now the company is scaling up its manufacturing and sales.
Our Vision is to achieve the reduction of 1% of global greenhouse gases by 2040 through a transition to climate friendly building materials and improved levels of home insulation.
**The Role**
In this position, you will work closely with the CCO and other members of the Commercial organisation to support the growth of LEKO Labs internationally.
**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the Business Development & Project Design teams, prepare quotations, bids and contracts for LEKO Labs’ pipeline of projects
- Manage the creation of pitch materials, supporting the work of the Business Development teams
- Schedule and prepare calls and meetings for Commercial leadership with key clients and partners
- Compile weekly & monthly management reporting against Commercial priorities
- Support the local Business Development teams on an ad-hoc basis with the preparation of client visits and meetings
**Requirements**:
- Experience in an analytical commercial role, ideally within a target-oriented and fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent attention to detail, with a demonstrated history of developing pitch materials and bids
- Analytical experience a bonus
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English required; French and German a strong bonus
- Comfortable in a start-up environment, strong personal resilience and a passion for getting things done
- No prior industry experience required
