Customer Service Liaison Specialist

The Customer Service Liaison Specialist is a key position in Partner & Client Services, responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and partners, primarily brokers, asset managers, and banks.
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for sales and partner inquiries, ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments such as Operations, Legal, Asset Controlling, and Sales. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guaranteeing quality service aligned with Baloise strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily business inquiries and general topics for sales and partners, serving as a first point of contact.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with involved departments to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
- Promote projects and participate in their implementation.
- Train junior colleagues to enhance team performance.
We seek an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the financial or insurance sector. A deep understanding of the French LPS market is a significant advantage.
The ideal candidate should possess fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken. Any additional languages are considered an asset.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Rigorous work methodology and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €60,000 to €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
