About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in the Legal Department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the legal teams, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with writing and formatting documents, including letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and filter telephone calls, as well as welcome clients and visitors.
  • Keep accurate records and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
Requirements
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
