About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team as an Administrative Assistant - Legal Department. In this role, you will provide critical support to our legal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our legal teams, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with writing and formatting reports, letters, and other correspondence.
  • Manage and filter telephone calls, greet clients, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the administrative team with tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • Graduate or equivalent experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and French, with a strong command of MS Office software.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a proactive and responsible approach to work.
