Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, and minutes.
  • Managing board meetings and working closely with the accounting team for board minutes resolution.
  • FOLLOWING up on transactions such as capital increases, distributions, mergers, and liquidations, ensuring all legal and administrative procedures are handled correctly.

Profile and Career Path:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a corporate officer within a similar setting such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager in Luxembourg.
  • Comfortable managing SPVs in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt, enabling you to oversee your portfolio efficiently.
  • Fluency in English is essential to liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and third parties. Any additional language is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required to handle board meetings, draft legal documents, and collaborate with different departments.
