Your Responsibilities Corporate Officer - Corporate - Legal - PFS - Legal Officer - Fiduciary

• In your daily responsibilities, you will be involved in the autonomous management of a portfolio of financial clients (SOPARFI, Holdings) from the constitution to the liquidation.
• You will be asked to take care of drafting or reviewing documents such as the change of directors, articles of association, capital calls, circular resolutions and so on.
• Organizing board and shareholder meetings and the participation to it will be part of your responsibilities, and you will be asked to draft the minutes.
• You will be in direct contact with your clients, internal and external stakeholders such as banks, lawyers and notaries.
  
  

Profile and Career Path Corporate Officer - Corporate - Legal - PFS - Legal Officer - Fiduciary

• For this search, we are looking for a Corporate Officer that has a minimum of 3 years of experience within a PFS, Fiduciary or an Asset Manager in Luxembourg.
• For this position, you should have a fluent command of English and French, any additional language skills will be appreciated but are not required.
• You describe yourself as independent in your daily missions, and are looking to keep that autonomy in your next position.
