Digital Sales Executive with IT Infrastructure Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Executive to join our team at Proximus Luxembourg. This role involves managing Framework Contract, developing business with existing and potential new clients, and selling a range of IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Framework Contract, ensuring effective governance, strategy, partnership, and process management.
- Develop business opportunities with existing and new clients, focusing on generating new revenue streams.
- Sell the full range of IT products and services within the scope of the Framework Contract, including Storage/Backup/Cloud solutions.
- Support and improve processes to meet business needs, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with back-office, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Create and maintain a rolling multi-year IT/business strategy plan, driving growth and innovation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with client needs, leveraging industry expertise.
