As a subsidiary of China Taiping Insurance Group, China Taiping Insurance (LU) S.A. was established in 2022 with headquarters in Luxembourg. This entity serves as the company's hub for implementing its internationalisation strategy, aiming to deliver high-quality services to local communities and outbound Chinese enterprises.

The role of Junior Issuing and Document Management is now available at China Taiping Insurance (LU) S.A., offering an exciting opportunity for candidates to join the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In accordance with the company's management requirements, the successful candidate will be responsible for issuing insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner, based on customers' insurance needs.
  • They will manage business documents and insurance information, including collecting, arranging, and filing insurance data, as well as printing, managing, and filing corresponding insurance documents.
  • A key responsibility will be to take and pass the Non-Life Insurance Agent Exam to obtain the necessary qualification.
  • Candidates will also be involved in customer consultation and guiding clients through underwriting processes.
  • Additional tasks may include assisting in quoting non-motor insurance business and collaborating with the head of department for customer and market development.
  • Other assigned duties by the department head and company may also be part of the role.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Relevant work or internship experience in the insurance or finance industry is preferred.

Key Skills and Capabilities:

  • Candidates should have proficiency in using office software, including MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are required, with French proficiency also highly valued. Knowledge of Chinese is an asset.
  • A valid EU driving license is mandatory.
  • The selected candidate should possess effective communication skills for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Teamwork, collaboration, and strong learning abilities are essential for success in this role.
  • Organizational, autonomous, and rigorous working styles, along with strong execution capabilities, are expected.
  • Willingness to incorporate Chinese culture into daily work practices is desirable.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €35,000 - €45,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
